2. Removing the mainboard

(unfortunately on the picture the data cable of the floppy is missing)

The mainboard is fixed with four self-tapping screws (4 x 5 mm) in the front aluminium profile, and with three plastic nipples on the backside of the TS12. The plastic nipples prevent the mainboard of twisting. Further on, there are seven cables fixed on the mainboard, if you have a SCSI-kit, there will be an eighth one. All cables have to be removed. Srew up the screws and take a little forceps to desmantle the plastic nipples. After that, you can take the mainboard out.
